Our wines are made by hand in small batches at our winery in Portola Valley. We follow a minimalist philosophy in our winemaking, allowing the flavor of our region to shine through. Our red wines are fermented with native yeast and pressed in a traditional basket press. Our white wines are foot-crushed and fermented in barrel. We see wine as a testament to place and time, and unlike larger wineries that aim for standardization, we enjoy the variation that comes with each year.
